🚫 Terrible Service – Parcel ****** and No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with The Courier Guy. My parcel was ******, and the response from the team has been unacceptable. The driver cannot be trusted, and I believe they are covering up what really happened. They keep asking me the same unnecessary questions instead of taking responsibility or giving me proper feedback. It’s been too long, and I still don’t have my parcel or a proper explanation. very poor service and zero accountability!
