Terrible Service, never using this company again

Terrible service received, never using them again.. They told me parcel would be delivered by Wednesday, Called Wednesday they said Thursday or Friday. Called Today as it is Friday, I am now told only on Monday. Mind you its medication that needed to get to my mother by Wednesday.
