Terrible service - makes me wary of using Amazon/TCG or PUDO

After calling three TCG agents I still can't get a clear answer or resolution. Please advise. I paid Amazon for same day delivery, yes, it was not a lot but the principle remains. I got to the locker an entered the pin, I received an error message: "PIN does not exist". Yes, I went to the correct lockers. Yes, I entered the correct PIN numerous times with other people assisting me.
