Terrible service, lost my parcel for the 2nd time.

Delivered to wrong person. They refuse to give me the name of person who signed for it. The supplier had to ship my order again. I order food because of severe diet restrictions. Following the tracking info, the parcel left CPT 14h00 on Thursday afternoon. Friday 18h00 it's still on route. 28 hours on a 15 hour trip. I believe a truck would be able to make it. WhatsApp chat is ABSOLUTELY pathetic. Insists on asking was the chat good or bad. BAD, you gave my food to someone else, the wrong person, the supplier has to foot the bill for your incompetence. And you make ZERO effort to correct your stuff up🤬🤬🤬
