Terrible service - lack of communication - Pudo lockers

Terrible service from Courier. The lack of communication that this team has is on another level. i logged a shipment on Saturday it is now 3 days later, and my parcel is still with me. The locker wouldn't open, then an error when using the pin. When reaching out using their whatsapp number no one is available to assist. Emails and the number listed, same thing. My shipment is cancelled but no refund.
