Terrible Service from The Courier guy

Good day

I would like to submit a complaint,I booked this parcel(TCG***0) last week for a delivery for my client in Klerksdorp the order was picked up but it never went to klerksdorp instead it went to PE and all the booking information was correct.

I have been calling since Friday morning to check on the progress of the parcel,this morning my client also called and the klerksdorp office told my client the parcel was sent back to me which was not true,I then called The Courier guy they then told me the parcel was delivered in PE but am not sure to who.

I spoke to Dean in your track and trace department he told me the parcel was still in PE but it was now under a different tracking number but it will be packed up and sent to Klerksdorp tonight 14 June 2021.My client is very unhappy about this as a result she then cancelled her order and asked for her money back.

Am very upset about this as I have suffered a loss of R2835 and R106 for courier fees with the courier guy.

Can someone contact me to sort this mass out.
