Terrible service for the courier guy Potchefstroom

On Monday morning, 12 October I handed in a parcel for overnight delivery. My client suppose to receive this parcel on Tuesday 13 October. Today is Friday 16 October and the parcel was not even captured on their system as yet. I dont mind if a parcel is delivered late due to covid. But this is not the first time that they lack the responsibility of capturing the parcel on the system. The parcel gets taken and left on their floor and forgotten
