Terrible service

I have on a number of occasions phoned The Courier Guy in Ladysmith and no matter how long you let the phone ring, nobody answers the phone. The last time this happened I walked to the premises and while I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me, the phone rang it kept on ringing and no one had the decency to answer even though there was one of the Courier Guy employees standing right next to the phone. eventually the phone stopped ringing. This is unacceptable.
