Terrible service, don't use if you can

<p>This is not the first time I have experienced terrible service from this company, their pricing is good, but service is just absolute ****. </p> <p> </p> <p>for this specific incidence, their driver forever complaine about 4:30 collection being "too late" and decided to come to your door at 3, when you chose the time to be collected at 4:30. and then they never bother to even call you they are not coming, they just gone dark, when you report to the online service center, no return call or email was given, and you are left with an angry receiver that you have to explaine that their parcel is not gona arrive on time. </p> <p> </p>
