Terrible service delivery

I would like to share my review about the bad service i got from courier guy company in polokwane,my parcel was collected on the 18th of November and It has shows that it was out for delivery since 24th November .i have been tracking it and it has been 3 weeks now until today my parcel hasnt been delivered to me. I used my own airtime to call and find out whats happening .they just give lame excuse about not knowing my address, which i know it wasnt not true because its not the first time using this courier guy company. i called then a million times with no help, today i received a call that my parcel will be delivered only to find out it was all a lie when i call the driver who promised to deliver he even hung up my calls .
