Terrible service

Richardsbay. Terrible service. Does not answer phones. Delivery was dispatched eaely Sunday morning and never came. Monday i was on the phone every hour with no answer from them the few times i could get through. The driver was extremely rude, refusing to get out of his vehicle to deliver. Also proceeded to tell my wife she must understand that they are busy. This was after 18h00 Monday night.
