TERRIBLE SERVICE COURIER GUY!

Very upset with the absolute terrible service from Courier guy. My parcel has been handed to the incorrect driver 3 times in a row for delivery. I have been promised by the manager that my items would be delivered on Thursday morning , Thursday morning has come and gone with yet another poor excuse as to why it could not be delivered. I was promised delivery for Friday and once again our regular delivery driver has confirmed he does not have my items for delivery. such a pity to the company I ordered from as I love ordering from them but since courier guy is the company who will deliver my items I will have to think twice before supporting this company again. Courier Guy should be ashamed and the Manager does not seem to really do much to rectify the matter seeing as we are going on day 4 of the same problems again.
