Terrible Service!!!!!

Sent a parcel as gift to a friend from Pta to Hazyview. Parcel was collected on the 18th of December already!!!!! Today on the 17th still not delivered. Had to call and speak to 3 people . I was told there wasn't enough drivers....NOT my problem! I used the OVN as said op the website and the parcel was sent a week before! Got to Kobus from Nelspruit nr *** where the parcel has been for 2 days already according to the tracking system. No1 he told me its close to 5:00 (4:30) and his figures must be in by 5, so didn't really sound like he wanted to assist. Said the parcel doesn't sound fami****! Checked on his system and said he will call the driver and will call me back.......needless to say....NO CALL FROM HIM!!!!! Parcel number TCG***9 Pta to Hazyview I have an on line account but let me tell you this...when that money is done, Im done with Courier Guy as well. Had issues too many times.....way better companies around!!!!! Id rather pay more and get things done!
