Terrible service and ****s

I have a Pudo parcel that I had to collect but the pin wouldn't work, with my struggle with The Courier Guy my 36 hours to collect it was up. I get the same messages but get nowhere with it to collect my parcel. The problem wasn't on my side now I have to struggle to get my parcel. They claim they tried to call me but my phone was on voicemail which is a blatant lie! The lady who sent me the parcel got the exact same message which was also a lie. This is unacceptable and I won't spend another cent to get the parcel. The fault was on their side so I expect my parcel to go where I paid it to go.
