Terrible service and NO RESPONSE!!!!

A shipment of 4 boxes was shipped to me from Pretoria to Kleinemonde on the 12th June. I have been enquiring about delivery from PE office since Monday the 22nd and I am told every day that only 2 boxes arrived in PE. Every day I'm told that they are looking into it and when I now call Denver in the PE office won't answer his phone and goes to voicemail. I spoke to JHB Track and Trace and they say that the last two boxes were delivered to PE on the 24th? When I call PE now they either don't answer the phone or the phone goes to voicemail. Can somebody please find out and let me know. This is really not a very good reflection on your company.
