Terrible service and inadequate customer support.

This is the classic scenario, "The bigger you get the worse your customer service". Been chasing a fragile parcel around for the last 2 days. Every time delivery is scheduled the driver arrives at our complex presses the intercom, you open the gate and they proceed to drive off without delivering your package. The customer service department just as lacking, excuse after excuse no feedback and its the customer fault not theirs.
