Terrible service and company.

Terrible service. Overnight delivery booked over the weekend (Saturday). Called on Monday to confirm collection, was told no, Tuesday. Today queried it a number of times and have been told tomorrow (Wednesday), when we asked why since we're paying overnight, we were told they only collect on Tuesday and Thursday in our area. When we pointed out that today was Tuesday, we were told in a very passive aggressive manner that "as per the screenshot above, it's Tuesday OR Thursday". I'm sorry, but if I pay for an overnight service, I expect it to be collected within a day. Does TCG really consider more than a week for collection to delivery to be "Overnight" or has this service suddenly become a best ever service? Unacceptable. Oh, and to top it off, EVERY time we use TCG the recipient how receives phishing emails. TCG sort out your mess, you either have insiders making money from these ********s or the ********s have infiltrated your system.
