Terrible service and communication

This is not the first time I have had trouble when using The Courier Guy. My parcel was already at the destination hub 4 days ago and was out for delivery yesterday. The parcel was never delivered yesterday and it was not out for delivery today. I used the WhatsApp number provided on their website and once I started communicating with a consultant they stopped replying to my messages. I then called and only got through to an operator on the second attempt. They said my parcel was still in transit to the destination hub, even though it was already there and out for delivery once as well. When I asked if there is any reason why the parcel was not delivered even though it was out for delivery yesterday they could not give me an answer. I confirmed my location via *** they sent me and also to the consultant via the brief WhatsApp interaction. This is totally unacceptable as tomorrow will be the 6th business day since the parcel was collected and in transit to the first hub. I also sent an inquiry on their website this morning and am still awaiting a response.
