Terrible Service

My experience with The Courier Guy has been terrible. I sent a braai with the company and when it got to customer it was completely damaged. I tried contacting management and they don't seem to be concerned with the problem. They trying to say they are not liable for damages which is unacceptable. I have photos while it was getting loaded, can clearly see it was in perfect condition. I would like this to be resolved asap
