Terrible service

It is so sad when a reliable company suddenly just becomes the worst most *********** group ever. We have been using the courier guy for about 6/7 years. never had any problems, whenever there was a problem, they would call us and let us know. The last three weeks has been a constant struggle to get stock collected form JHB and send to KZN. Either they 'cancel' from their side, or they just don't collect the parcel, for no reason. No mail, no explanation. Even when you call them they don't seem to know what is going on. We have decided now to rather find someone else, you can not run a company when you never know if and when you're stock will be collected. Such a shame...really. I will never recommend them again.
