Terrible service

Honestly, the worst courier company I've ever used. I tried to reschedule the collection for my parcel to be on a day when I'd be home and was told it would be rescheduled yet it obviously didn't happen and the person came when i wasn't home. I don't know if there's miscommunication between drivers or what. Then on the day they were supposed to come, I was home all day checking the gate and my phone for any signs of someone coming. No one came yet my portal showed a failed collection attempt. Thanks to that, my shipment got cancelled for reasons that weren't my fault. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to solve the problem, it was speaking with brick walls. I've never had such bad service with other courier companies
