Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible experience with The Courier Guy.

My parcel was initially sent to the wrong address after someone within the company changed the delivery details without my authorisation. Trying to get assistance was beyond frustrating, I contacted customer service four separate times and every single time I was promised a callback or update that never happened.

After days of poor communication and no accountability, the parcel finally arrived, only for me to discover that the contents were completely damaged. The item was an important certificate, and it arrived badly crumpled and bent due to careless handling.

The lack of professionalism, communication, and care shown throughout this entire process has been shocking. A simple delivery turned into an exhausting experience with zero urgency from the company’s side.

I would not recommend using The Courier Guy based on my experience.
