Terrible service

The worst service. I have had problems with them delivering on time or breaking my items in my parcels even thought they are marked fragile glass. I have been waiting for them to collect an item for me since Thursday 06/05/2021. When I phoned them they had a bad attitude and does not call me back. They are giving my company a bad reputation due to their lack of customer service
