Terrible service

Its really disgusting that whenever a parcel is sent to me for my business its beyond late with no concrete explanation. A parcel was sent to me on the 10 September. Today the 18th i receive it opened. When asked why my parcel was opened the guy simply laughed and responded that there were many and it may have been amongst the pile below. Only to discover that my custom made items were ******. Disgusting after waiting so long. I want my things returned or ill make sure to expose this company to the highest degree.
