Terrible service

A parcel was sent to me through them from Mahikeng to Vosloorus and the agreement was that they will deliver it at 7am because it was medication. I waited the whole day. I called the Mahikeng branch to inquire I was told the parcel is in Johannesburg and the guy will come but he didn't. At 4pm when I called the Johannesburg branch to ask why didn't they stick to the agreement I was only told then that they don't deliver in Vosloorus because its a high risk area and I had to drive to Kya Sands to fetch it myself. Upon investigation We were told that the reason they didn't deliver according to the guy in Mahikeng was because I was apparently harsh when I was expressing my frustration and they didn't deliver on purpose. I'll never use the services of the courier ever again
