Terrible service

Worst company to use for deliveries. Driver lies on tracking indicating delivery was done, yet not delivered (H7QLWB) May 2023. When you phone the office it takes up to 10min to have your call answered. When your call eventually gets answered you get cut off 3 times while holding on. Managers not available and does not answer phone. January they some problem (TVPVDB). Staff do not know how to assist irate clients (Bronwyn) and puts the phone down in your ear. Also does not help lodging a complaint as they do not even respond to other complaints on this platform.
