Terrible service.

I tracked my parcel on the 11/06/2025 from the time that I was emailed that my parcel would be delivered. I followed up at 14h00 to find out when it was being delivered. I waited another 2 hours. I had a miss call from an unknown cellphone number. 3 minutes later I phoned the number back multiple times, and the number was not reachable. I then contacted the helpline, and they said the parcel had been rejected. They would deliver it on Friday. I was livid, as no-one had rejected anything. I had been waiting all day. This is not the first time I have had problems with my parcels and the Courier Guy in Vryheid!
