Terrible service

Ordered a package and was sent via Pudo. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday morning. Wednesday I received notification that the parcel was collected by someone else, apparently that was a mistake and they said that the parcel was put in the wrong locker the driver will go back and fix the mistake. Its been 1 week later, still no parcel and still the driver is going back to fix the mistake?! Terrible service! And the whatsapp service is no help at all! I will NEVER use Pudo again!
