Terrible service.

The Tzaneen branch is just terrible, we get absolutely horrible service here 80% of the time.

Packages are lost frequently (multiple people have complained about this), when asked where they are we are sometimes completely ignored or told 'I don't know where they are'. Packages that are sent in batches aren't labeled properly and are then lost in transit. Sometimes packages that are supposed to be picked up are "forgotten" and there's always some kind of excuse from the manager of the branch for them not being picked up the first time around.

This branch always feels like it's in a state of chaos. Don't think I'll ever return here for my own business again in its current state.
