Terrible service

Yesterday I requested the courier guy to come collect my goods at around 10.47am later I received an email saying that the driver was here and I was not here to give the goods.when I called the gentleman he said that the driver was here around 10 so I told him that I only requested collection later on and the driver did not ring the bell so how was I suppose to know that he was here, he said that they tried calling but I received no call.we make promises to our customers and courier guy let’s us down!!!!! Today they came to collect it I had fragile stickers on my box they mishandled it and when my customer received the box all the goodies inside was upside down. I have been using the courier guy for a while now and this was the second experience I had where they mishandled my goodies, I email the company and no one gets back to me. Service is extremely terrible when it comes to them couriering items!!!!
