Terrible Service

Terrible Service.

Item shows out for delivery at 06h50 At 15h37 I phone courier guy to ask where item is.

Were located on the main road in Paarden Eiland which is not huge area and Courier Guy drives past our business several times a day.

Yet they dont deliver item during the whole day.

Even returning during the day back to their depot.

That is not very good service.

Also when you r business has an account with them and giving them alot of work.

Terrible.

Would really like the Depot Manager or Area Manager to contact me.
