Terrible service

I had a parcel delivered from johanesburg to newcastle,before collecting it i was not asked to come with a tracking number i assumed they had my information,i than had to wait when i reached as i had to try and get my tracking number.When they brought my parcel from the back it was just left in the front in a trolley,i asked for help to load it in my bakkie ,the asistant than told me i must use the trolley,i had to than load 3 dirty rims and tyres in my bakkie and head back to work in dirty clothes.Terrible service rather use some other company.
