"Terrible service

This courier service must be the worst in South Africa. Late collection, delivers to wrong address, terrible excuses etc. The worst thing though, is that there is zero feedback from them.

I have an account with these guys and the got my order wrong 4 times in the last few months.

They don't have a clue what customer service is all about.
