Terrible ,pathetic

The Courier guy treat there clients like ****. We use them every day. If they are not over charging u, then they dont pass credits. They deliverd my 1 package, with no POD , now when I ask for a pod the ops manager is taking like days to call me , so I had to do a replacement to a client on my cost but what happend to the other package? But no 1 from courier guy seems to care
