TERRIBLE - NO SERVICE AT ALL.

I have had the worst service from Pudo, operated by The Courier Guy, over the last two days. I have been trying to login to my account to be able to get a pin number, so that I am able to open their lockers. The people in the support department are useless, except for Palesa Gqoba, who was helpful and responded quite promptly. The other people, Lisa van Wyk, Anita, Lesidi and others, offer no help, just give you the run around. I WILL NEVER EVER USE PUDO. I then went to another courier outlet, that offer a similar service, at the same price, without a single hitch.
