Terrible driver! Terrible customer service! Lose him!

OMG! I just got my parcel from a very rude driver. This man called me at 10 and advised that he was at the police station. I took a break from work and went there. When I tell you this man didn't show up until 20 mins later and when I kept calling him he basically told me where to get off. I am livid! He's extremely disrespectful and told me even if I reported him he wouldn't get into trouble as you need him and he's the only courier guy you have in Khayelitsha. His number is *** and their license plate number is CAA 208-687. I asked what his name was and he said "John Wick" lol are you kidding me?!
