Terrible Delivery Service

I ordered a package with a company that is using the courier guy as a delivery partner. First, they delivered my package to another customer. On the second attempt the status of delivery says my package was delivered, but not to me. The package was delivered and signed for once again, at the wrong address. This company does not send any messages when your package is out for delivery and their drivers do not call or bother to verify whether the individual receiving the package is the right person. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR A COURIER COMPANY!
