Terrible delivery

Absolutele HORRIBLE service. Yesterday received an email my parcel is out for delivery and I would have it by end of the day. They didn't come, didn't phone. Reived an email parcel returned to hub. Emailed customer support, they forward my email to White River instead of Nelspruit even after giving them the parcel ref

Asked White River for a number for Courier guy Nelspruit, no response. Eventually found a landline number for the Nelspruit depot, the phone rings and rings, no one answers. My parcel according to the tracker is still at the hub so no clue what's going on and no one is of much help. I definitely do not recommend courier guy
