Terrible Customer Service, No Delivery

So i sent a parcel to Pretoria on the 10th October 2025. Today is the 21st October 2025 and the parcel has not been delivered to my client. On their website it says in transit. On Thursday the 16th i was contacted by the Roodepoort Branch, asking about the contents of the parcel. I furnisehd them with all relevent information and they promised to get back to me on Monday. I messaged them on Monday they did not respond. Today is Tuesday and they are still not responding. The client needs her products and courier guy is sending me from pillar to post. This is terrible since i cant even find anyone to talk to.
