Terrible customer service

It’s been over two weeks, I’ve been waiting for my parcel to arrive. I am the one who’s consistently calling and sending emails no one is reaching out to me to update me on the status of my package it went missing in the Durban hub it was, called and was told it was found but I haven’t been updated since.
