Terrible customer service

I Scheduled my parcel for delivery with this company. I am highly disappointed within in how they do their customer service regarding my parcel. I would not recommend this company for deliveries. Due to being unprofessional. I have been waiting for them to pick up my parcels let alone I’ve emailed their support regarding my parcel only to be treated poorly.
