Terrible Customer Service

I normally don't have issues with the Courier Guy, but just had some really hectically bad customer service from one of their agents on Whatsapp, Patricia Andrews. She really needs to be sent for some training in customer service. I was trying to make alternative delivery arrangements, since there was not going to be anyone home today, but she just kept on asking the same unhelpful question over and over, even though I explained the issue and then 2 alternative options for delivery to her. Her responses were short and did not seem to take my query and explanation into consideration at all. I then advised her that I would rather phone the call centre to make arrangements, as it seems that she does not understand what arrangement I'm trying to make. She then actually had to cheek to still argue with me. I called the call centre and had my query and alternative arrangement attended to with no fuss. I then advised her on whatsapp that I already gotnthe query sorted, upon which she once again just asked the sam umhelpful question. Really lady, you should not be working in customer service, as you have no communication skills.
