Terrible courier, spare yourself the frustration of dealing with them

Terrible terrible service, they either leave a parcel behind or forget to collect. From the 28th to now they have not managed to collect 3 separate parcels from 3 separate collections, we phone to confirm if all is on order, and then when we try and find out when we can get delivery they inform us that they haven't even collected. Horrid company to deal with and the staff has terribly bad attitudes .
