Terrible Company

One of the worse courier companies I've had the displeasure of having to wait around for.

Trying to find out when my parcel will be delivered. I phoned 2 different numbers, only to get put through to another department and then be disconnected.

I tried to contact an agent via TCG website. Nothing. Nobody on the other side.

I phoned again and, finally, spoke to "an agent". She was unable to answer my questions and told me that she "just works there" and that there's nothing she can do or find out for me.
