Terrible Communication

I was very excited to use CG as I hear their adverts all the time. I placed an order for delivery on Friday afternoon and paid for express delivery. it showed pick up on Friday and delivery on Monday. Once I had paid, I received a confirmation email showing pick up on Monday and delivery on Wednesday. If I had known this before, I probably would not have ordered with them and looked for a quicker option. When I phoned, I was told that orders after 2:30 on a Friday are only collected on Monday. This notice should have been on the order sheet. I was then told that If I had a complaint then I must send an email. The same *** speach you get from all companies of disrepute. They aIso send you the waybill to print and attach to the parcel, what if you don't own a printer? I will definitely not be using them again.
