Terrible

Disgusting attitude towards customers that are paying for a service. I overnighted something last week friday, and I am still waiting for it.

Not once has any of the employees said, sorry, or even answered any of my questions.

I was on hold for 24 minutes... Only to be told in order to be helped and for them to find the package, they want to know whats inside.
