I received bad service from the Courier guy In the past and at times fairly good service but this time the poor service that we received takes the cake. Not only did we wait a week for the parcel to be collected it takes another week to be delivered as well. We requested a pick up on the Monday last week at St Lucia to Polokwane. This didn't happen. I've send the request early the morning before 8am to ensure that it's received in time. The driver never called me that they are unable to get hold of the person where they were suppose to pick up the package. And since it's not the first time the same driver picked up from the same location it should have gone smoothly. Another email was send on the Tuesday requesting the same and feedback was that I will be done ... This was again not done. Another email was send requesting the same. Feedback again that it will be done Wednesday. This again wasn't done .. They informed that they will only service the same area on Friday. This was done however it was told at that time that the package will be at the destination depo on Saturday. This was not done. The package was also not even send on Monday. It only left the depo yesterday and was received this morning by the JHB branch.
