Shipment was for over night delivery and it was dropped of on Thursday for delivery on Frinday the 31/05, at 07: 10 received an sms that parcel is out for delivery. 12:00 I phoned the customer service center I was told I should call again at 14:00 which one did, I was told that the driver will arrive at 15:00 or 15:30 which he never did. I phoned again at 16:00 they said the driver will arrive at 17:00 the driver never pitched. Meaning we wasted money for overnight service which we never received such a big disappointment 😞
