TCG***0 Package lost with no return result 1 week later

My name is Nicholas Oliphant long story short. I was / still am due to receive an overnight package via The Courier Guy on 14/07/2021.From KBY to JHB Whiteridge 1709. TCG***0

the package has not been received and cannot be located. I've been in contact with The Courier Guy Jhb and Kby to try to find a solution to this problem. It's stated they do not know what to do about my parcel. So If you The Courier Guy does not know how to do your job or provide a solution to the loss due to your business how should I know? Now the reason my contact with you is due to the POPI Act BROUGHT IN 1 July 2021. Please see below. If TCG wants to share your personal information for any other reason, we will do so only with your writtenpermission.

Please answer the following questions. Why was one of your client's Personal information given to me on Saturday 17 July 2021? (name and contact number? If I'm not mistaken this goes against the act? Secondly What about all the personal information that was lost within my package Holding all my client's Personal Information? Contact numbersNames? ID numbers Addresses Business and employment information. Copies of Their ID's Payslips and so on.

Not to mention the property keys that have now also gone missing within that parcel.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me. (I have a lot more info) unfortunately, It cost me a lot to constantly call after the package and progress every day.

Let this sink in.

The package was sent on 13/07/2021 today's date? 21/07/2021 and no one knows where my URGENT package is.

Should this issue not be resolved soonest with The courier guy getting back to me.

I will be taking this further.1.) POPI Act2.) Police case of theft against The Courier Guy.
