I need to make a complaint against Courier guy (Shop No.2; Palm court shopping center). On the 14th of November 2022, I went to courier guy for them to pick up a document for me from Pretoria CRC offices. today it is the 22nd of November. This is a same day services but however I am still waiting. No feedback from them, but I keep calling to ask where are we in the process of my pickup? This is a document I need urgently for work, and I emphasized this. Is courier guy going to get my document or not so I can atleast go to another courier company? At this point I have been waiting for 8 going to 9 days for a service that is supposed to take a DAY, like really? Why?
